So what is this personal coaching service I
offer? Here's what it's all about.
- I help you set goals for what type of change
you want to make within your life and by when.
- Then we create a strategy that's appropriate
for you, with steps you can take to get you where you want to go when you want
to get there. Depending on your goals we may use books and assessment tools for
support.
- We meet on the phone (or in-person if you
happen to live in Albuquerque,
New Mexico) for 45-minutes either
twice or three times a month.
- Before each session I send you a preparation
email to confirm the time we're meeting and you email me back to tell me what's
been happening between calls. This helps us make the best use of your phone
time.
- In each session you decide, sometimes with
suggestions from me, on actions that will move you toward your goals, and you
give a time frame for completing these.
- After each phone call, I send you an email
with the action items from that session and the date and time of our next call.
- In between sessions, if you have questions
or want to give me an update, we stay in touch by email.
- In each session we follow up with your action
items to discuss what's been completed and what's next.
- I keep an eye on the big picture of what you
said you want to accomplish, and point it out if you seem to be going in a
different direction. Then you decide if this new direction is the right one, or
whether you want to stick with the original plan.
